Overview
Roslyn has seventeen years’ experience as a senior manager in the public sector; seven as a consultant and executive coach. She is intuitive and strategic, able to quickly scan environments, synthesize ideas, issues, themes and patterns.
Roslyn is a strong advocate of systems thinking, coaching and workplace learning as a supplement to formal development. Particular strengths are her capacity to communicate, reflect, provide perspective, surface issues, build solution focused thinking and positive energy/momentum. Roslyn’s aim is to help clients interpret their operating context, build self awareness, self management & resilience and facilitate deeper thinking about goals, strengths they bring to the future, things which may hold them back and hence are targets for observation, reflection and proactive action. Roslyn is engaging, pragmatic and persuasive in assisting others to achieve new insights, consider options and alternatives and distinguish symptoms from core issues.
